President & CEO, Manager of Construction Services
Dan has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, including commercial, institutional, industrial construction. His success has been built upon exceeding customers’ expectations on every single project. His extensive experience in working with clients and his team members to find the best, most cost-effective solutions has been a hallmark of his success time and again.
Rob
Vice President of Estimating
Robert has over 20 years of diversified design-build experience and is primarily responsible for the daily management, supervision and successful completion of the pre-construction phase of projects. He is an expert in all aspects of estimating from conceptual budgets to competitive bids. He has a degree from the University of Wisconsin – Stout and an Associate's Degree from Dunwoody Institute in Architectural Drafting & Estimating.
Luke
Safety Director / Project Manager
Lucas received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University Wisconsin-Stout. His career began in the field for Ross & Associates, Ltd. in 1998. In 2004 Lucas joined Ross & Associates, Ltd. office staff and redefined the Safety Management program through a company-wide commitment to a philosophy of Zero injuries and no-lost time. He is involved in many industry organizations such as the ABC WI Chapter and the Certified Green Builder Association.
Cheryl
Marketing & Public Relations Director
Cheryl is an award-winning Interior Planner and a construction industry veteran. She is a Registered Space Planner, a Certified Interior Planner and Professional Organizer and has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. She has been with Ross & Associates, Ltd. for over 25 years. In addition, she is the former President of Amazing Space- Interior Space. She is involved in many industry groups and served in many committees and boards. Her interior space designs can be found in many of Ross & Associates, Ltd.'s projects.
Kasey
Office Manager
Kasey is well versed in administration and management, with over 10 years of experience in the field. She has worked in many different industries, but has found her niche as an Office Manager for Ross and Associates, Ltd. She holds certification in Small Business Accounting, and she holds degrees in both Administrative Professional and Business Management. She also serves as an Advisor on the Chippewa Valley Technical College’s Business Technology Advisory Committee.
Justin Pistohl
Project Superintendent
As Senior Project Superintendent for Ross & Associates, Ltd., Justin has been with Ross and Associates for the past 12 years and works directly with Project Manager, and customers. Justin’s experience goes far beyond his time with the company. Justin has 20 years of construction experience, starting at a young age. Immediately out of High School, Justin pursued a career in Carpentry, learning all the necessities of construction that would be utilized for years afterwards. He started for a smaller construction company, performing the duties of a carpenter and familiarizing himself with the supervisory duties along the way.
Dave
Drafting Technician/Assistant Estimator
Dave graduated from Hastings High School in 1999. In 2001 he graduated from Le Cordon Bleu with an Associate Degree. Dave graduated in 2014 from Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College - New Richmond and holds an Associate Degree in Architectural Commercial Design. He started as an intern with Ross & Associates, Ltd and became full-time upon his graduation.
