Dan has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, including commercial, institutional, industrial construction. His success has been built upon exceeding customers’ expectations on every single project. His extensive experience in working with clients and his team members to find the best, most cost-effective solutions has been a hallmark of his success time and again.
Vice President of Estimating
Robert has over 20 years of diversified design-build experience and is primarily responsible for the daily management, supervision and successful completion of the pre-construction phase of projects. He is an expert in all aspects of estimating from conceptual budgets to competitive bids. He has a degree from the University of Wisconsin – Stout and an Associates Degree from Dunwoody Institute in Architectural Drafting & Estimating.
Safety Director / Project Engineer
Lucas received a Bachelors of Science Degree from the University Wisconsin-Stout. He career began in the field for Ross & Associates, Ltd. in 1998. In 2004 Lucas joined Ross & Associates, Ltd. office staff and redefined the Safety Management program through a company-wide commitment to a philosophy of Zero injuries and no-lost time. He is involved in many industry organization such as the ABC WI Chapter and the Certified Green Builder Association.
Senior Project Manager
Tony has been with Ross & Associates, Ltd. for the past 20 years. During his first 11 years, he worked as a Concrete and Field Superintendent. In 2007, he was promoted to Senior Project Manager. With his extensive experience, Tony has the knowledge to help clients and partners to overcome their biggest building challenges. His past projects include St. Croix Central Schools, Baldwin Schools, Best Maid Cookie Co., Sears Building, Stock Building Supply and many more.
Marketing & Public Relations Director
Cheryl is an award-winning Interior Planner and a construction industry veteran. She is a Registered Space Planner, a Certified Interior Planner and Professional Organizer and has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. She has been with Ross & Associates, Ltd. for over 25 years. In addition, she is the former President of Amazing Space- Interior Space. She is involved in many industry groups and served in many committees and boards. Her interior space designs can be found in many of Ross & Associates, Ltd.'s projects.
Kasey is well versed in administration and management, with over 10 years of experience in the field. She has worked in many different industries, but has found her niche as an Office Manager for Ross and Associates, Ltd. She holds certification in Small Business Accounting, and she holds degrees in both Administrative Professional and Business Management. She also serves as an Advisor on the Chippewa Valley Technical College’s Business Technology Advisory Committee.
Derek graduated from Century College in 2015 with an Associates in Arts degree. He has joined the Ross & Associates team while he pursues a degree in Business - Marketing at the University of River Falls - Wisconsin. He graduated in the fall of 2018 and is excited to be part of the Ross team as a Marketing Intern.
Drafting Technician/Assistant Estimator
Dave graduated from Hastings High School in 1999. In 2001 he graduated from Le Cordon Bleu with an Associate’s Degree. Dave graduated in 2014 from Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College - New Richmond and holds an Associate's Degree in Architectural Commercial Design. He started as an intern with Ross & Associates, Ltd and became full-time upon his graduation.
Brock graduated from White Bear Lake High School in 2008. He is an Army veteran with 8 years devoted to serving our country. In 2016 he received his Associate’s Degree from Le Cordon Bleu. He previously worked in property management which has aided in his eye for detail. Brock joined the Ross & Associates team in 2019 working closely with the Project Management team and Superintendents.
