Design-Build

Design-build is a method of project delivery in which one entity - the design-build team - works under a single contract with the project owner to provide design and construction services. One entity, one contract, one unified flow of work from initial concept through completion. Design-build is also known as design/construct and single-source responsibility.

Ross & Associates, Ltd. was founded in 1986 by Dan Ross. Originally, Ross & Associates, Ltd. focused primarily on hard-bid projects for commercial and industrial clients. However, Ross & Associates, Ltd.'s dedication, work ethic and construction knowledge weren't long a secret in the area and the company started to expand their offerings to design-build and construction management. In 1993 the company expanded their concrete division and made it a larger part of their business. With over 30 years of operation, Dan Ross and his team never stopped improving and expanding their offerings and services.
